I need to return my order, how do I do this?

Please complete the Return Form to submit a return, someone will then be in touch within 24 hours on how to return your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Despatch for UK delivery is usually within 2 working days and delivery within 1-5 working days depending on the delivery option selected. Please note that Made to Order items have a lead time of 5-7 days.

My delivery hasn't arrived, can you help?

How does the click and collect service work?

You can order online 24/7 and choose the 'click and collect' option at the checkout stage enabling you to collect your order from North Building. Orders placed before 12pm will be available for collection after 1pm the following day (Monday to Thurs). Orders placed on Fridays will be available for collection from 2pm the following Monday. Orders placed from 12pm Friday until 2pm Monday will be available for collection the following Tuesday.
