This online shop is operated by London Business School (“LBS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

All products available on this website are sold by London Business School. 

 

Allwag Promotions Ltd provides ecommerce hosting, order processing, warehousing and fulfilment services on behalf of London Business School. Allwag Promotions Ltd is not the seller and is not a party to the contract of sale between you and London Business School.

 

 

 

2. Contract of Sale

 

When you place an order through this website, you are entering into a contract with London Business School.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by London Business School. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.

 

 

 

3. Products

 

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

 

However:

 

Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown

Product availability is subject to stock and supply  

All products are supplied in line with London Business School branding and quality standards.

 

 

 

4. Pricing

 

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

 

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

 

London Business School reserves the right to amend pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

 

 

 

5. Delivery

 

Orders are fulfilled on behalf of London Business School by its fulfilment partner.

 

Delivery options and estimated timescales will be provided at checkout.

 

Where delivery is requested outside the United Kingdom, additional duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

6. International Orders (Including EU)

 

Where orders are delivered to customers outside the UK, including within the European Union:

 

The sale remains between the customer and London Business School

Local consumer rights may apply depending on your country of residence

Delivery partners may be used to complete fulfilment internationally

 

 

7. Returns & Refunds

 

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel or return your order depending on your location.

 

For UK and EU consumers:

 

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods (unless exempt, e.g. personalised items, made to order)

Goods must be returned unused and in original condition

To initiate a return, please contact the London Business School Online Shop team (see Section 12).

 

Refunds will be processed by London Business School once returned goods are received and inspected.

 

 

 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

 

We will arrange:

 

Replacement, or

Refund where appropriate

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All branding, logos and content on this website are the property of London Business School or its licensors.

 

You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Customer rights and remedies

Allwag Promotions Ltd acts solely as a service provider and shall not be liable for:

Consumer contracts

Allwag Promotions Ltd acts as a data processor, processing data only on behalf of London Business School.
