International Delivery Terms and Import Charges

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

DDU applies to all international orders unless you are shipping to one of the DDP countries listed below.

With DDU, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in your order total and will be payable when your parcel arrives in your country.

What to expect:

  • Duties and taxes are not included at checkout

  • Payment may be required before delivery

  • Delivery may take longer due to customs processing

  • Carriers may apply additional handling fees

Once your order reaches your country, the courier will contact you to arrange payment of any applicable duties, taxes, or handling fees. Your parcel will only be delivered after these charges have been paid.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For selected countries, we offer DDP shipping, meaning all import duties and taxes are paid in advance as part of your order.

What to expect:

  • All import duties and taxes are included in your order total

  • No additional charges upon delivery

  • Faster and more efficient customs clearance

  • No unexpected costs

Once you place your order, your parcel will be delivered directly to your chosen address with no further action required.

DDP is currently available for deliveries to:

Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Luxembourg (orders up to €150), Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden, Republic of Ireland, and the United States of America.
